Even though it conforms to your body’s shape ittransforms into a hard energy absorbing protector upon impact. Thehard-shell areas are made of made of high- density polyethylene (HDPE) forhigh impact or stone deflection.
The 4.5 Chest Protector scores atotal of 12 points in the Leatt protection system. For a slightly higherlevel of protection consider the 4.5 Pro Chest Protector which scores 17points for protection.
